Originally from Tampa, Florida, Shelby has dreamed of working with animals since childhood. Now proudly rooted in Omaha for over a decade, she brings compassion, empathy, and a people-first approach to her role as a Client Care Specialist. Shelby holds a degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Nebraska–Omaha, which strengthens her commitment to making every client feel respected and supported.
At home, she cares for a lively mix of pets, two dogs, five cats, a pigeon, and a guinea pig, with a special love for Ragdoll cats. In her spare time, Shelby enjoys traveling (especially to Disney World), gaming, and spending time with her husband Billy and their two kids, Sophia and Sammy.
